During the election campaign in Sweden, many remarks about independent schools were “vicious and irrelevant”. Ulla Hamilton, President of the National Confederation of Free Schools, argues that the fierce discussion is unnecessary.

Renewed attack on Christian schools by Swedish Social Democrats

Christian schools in Sweden cannot exist in peace. Recently, the Prime Minister of the country, Magdalena Andersson, held a press conference in which she again criticised denominational schools. She proposes even tighter regulations which will hit the schools financially and limit their expansion.
