The Ukrainian Bible Society runs out of Bibles to give due to increased demand amidst the war.

This reports the Christian Spanish news portal Actualidad Evangelica.

Despite the Russian invasion, the Ukrainian Bible Society provides services in the war-torn country. After two months of war, every group member is still safe. However, the team is running out of Bibles. “People are so eager to have a Bible that they hardly have any left in stock”, says Anatoly Raychynets, general secretary of the Society.

According to Raychynets, many people who ask for a Bible have never owned or read one before. He calls for Western donations of Ukrainian Bibles.

CNE reported earlier that the Norwegian Bible Society has launched a new translation of the Ukrainian Bible for Ukrainian refugees in the Scandinavian country. Similarly, the German Bible Society added a Ukrainian translation to its online Bible Service, which people can access for free.
